AN AMUSING ANIMAL INCIDENT

AN AMUSING INCIDENT BETWEEN MY ANIMALS IS THE TIME WHEN MY CAT WAS CHASING MY DOG AND MY DOG STARTED TO JUMP ONTO PLACES LIKE THE CHAIR AND STUFF LIKE THAT AND MY CAT JUST KEPT FOLLOWING THE DOG ON THE CHAIR AND THINGS LIKE THAT TO THE BED AND ON THE COUCH SO THE DOG STARTED BARKING LIKE CRAZY AND DECIDED TO JUMP OVER THE KITCHEN TABLE WHEN MY AUNT WAS FINISHING MAKING A VANILLA DOUBLE LAYERED CAKE WITH CHOCOLATE FROSTING ON THE TOP AND VANILLA ON THE BOTTOM AS SOON AS MY DOG SAW THE CAKE HE WAS THINKING IF MY AUNT WAS LOOKING BECAUSE IT TURNED ITS HEAD FROM SIDE TO SIDE LIKE IT WAS LOOKING FOR SOME THING LIKE IN WHEN YOU KNOW YOU DID SOME THING WRONG AND YOU ARE LOOKING TO SEE IF ANYONE SAW WHAT YOU DID OR WHO DID IT WELL THTAS JUST WHAT HE WAS LOOKING LIKE UNTIL HE REALIZED THAT THE CAT HAD JUST MADE IT OVER THE COUCH THIS IS BASICALLY THE TIME WHEN MY AUNT REALIZED WHAT WAS GOING ON AND WAITED FOR THE CAT TO GET CLOSE TO THE DOG THIS ISW WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE.HAVE YOU EVER SEEN A CARTOON OR A SHOW WHEN A PERSON TRIES TO DUCK OUT A BULL WHEN THERE WAVING A RED FLAG YELLING "TORO ! TORO!"WELL IT WAS JUTS LIKE THAT EXCEPT FOR BUGGS BUNNY STYLE WHEN HES DUKING OUT ELMER FUDGE OR MAYBE LIKE TOM AND JERRY AND INSTEAD OF A SMART MOUSE ITS A SMART DOG AND WHEN HTE CAT RIGHT PAST THE DOG INTO THE CAKE AND LOOKS ANGRY AT MY AUNT SUDDENLY HE TURNS AROUND AND GOES AND STARTS EATING THE CAKE! O.M.G I NEVER GOT MY CAKE THAT DAY AND IT WAS MY FREAKIN' BIRTHDAY.

I HONESTLY THINK THAT THE ORANGUTANS ARE LOSING THERE HABITATS BECAUSE OF THE HUMANS.THE ANIMALS ARE BEING SHOT AND KILLED AND SOME OF THE BABY ANIMALS ARE BEING SOLD TO PEOPLE THAT HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO TRAIN THEM OR WHAT THEY WILL DO WHEN THE ANIMAL GROWS UP.BUT DO YA THINK THEY CARE?NO!!!!!!!!ALL THEY WANNA DO IS OOH AND AAH ABOUT HOW CUTE THE ANIMALS ARE,AND HOW FAT IT IS ,OR WHAT WILL MY FRIENDS SAY WHEN THEY SEE IT?BUT THEY DON'T REALLY CARE,ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS ONE THING AND YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT THAT IS ?WELL ILL TELL YOU THEY WANT TO KNOW HOW POPULAR IT WILL MAKE THEM OR HOW THE ANIMALS MAKE THEM LOOK.MOST OF THE ANIMLAS WILL PROBBALY GET SHOT MOTSBECAUSE THE OWNER DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO DO LWITH IT AND IT DOSNT LOOK AS CUTE A S IT DID WHEN IT WAS A LITTLE CUDDLY BABY ORANGUTAN.

The Watson's Go to Birmingham

My African Burial Ground essay

The African Burial Ground is located in down-town Manhattan, it is where the many body's of freed and enslaved Africans were found.During the building of a federal office building in 1991 the construction workers found SOME human remains, but it didn't seem like a major problem. Then more and more bones started showing up.They did become a major problem for them so they had to postpone the building and turn it into an excavation site. Soon after that archaeologists were digging for bones and examining them one-by-one to see if they could find anything about that person or a written document of some type but they couldn't find any thing.This means that the black people weren't counted as a '' population '' .The white people thought that the black people could be disposed of or that they weren't smart enough to be human.They thought that they were so much like animals that they shouldn't be counted as a population.

The original burial ground was closed in 1794.

The African burial grounds name gives away a clue as to what race the people who were buried there were, but they came from many different parts of Africa. Archaeologists believe that most of them came from west Africa because of the way some of the body's were positioned and what they were buried with.Another reason why archaeologists say this is because sankofa ( a west African symbol) was found on one of the coffins and many others were buried with beads around there waists which was a west African tradition.

In the 1700's African Americans were working hard to build and improve a society that they weren't really welcome in.Slaves were sold on wall street every week.The men were sold for fifteen cents and the women and children were sold for half the amount.Many children died from working to hard.

When slaves were in new Amsterdam under dutch rule, the living conditions of slaves improved allot because they started getting a little freedom then they had under English rule. When the dutch had slaves they treated them with almost as many rights as they had themselves ,but still they were slaves and weren't so free or as free as the dutch or white people.Then the dutch created the rule that the adult slaves could be '' half - free'' so they had half the rights of free people and there children had to be '' full - slaves''.
